
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I always aim to be as flexible as possible and understand that wedding plans can sometimes change. However, I have a clear cancellation policy in place to protect my business. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits cover potential losses from other booking requests that may be declined and associated administrative costs.
Your deposit will be deducted from the final booking total.
SERVICES
Prices quoted are for services carried out before the ceremony only, unless a full-day service has been discussed and quoted in advance.
If you request that I stay longer for touch-ups, an hourly rate will apply. Generally I finish after touch ups after the last service.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule your trial appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If less notice is given, the original deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required. This is because it can be difficult to fill appointment slots at short notice.
Wedding day cancellations will be charged as follows:

4–8 weeks before the wedding date: Full booking amount payable

8–12 weeks before the wedding date: 50% of the booking total payable
Any changes to your booking that reduce the number of people originally agreed, made with less than 8 weeks’ notice, will still be charged at the full original booking amount.
SICKNESS
In the unlikely event that I become unwell or cannot attend your wedding for any reason, I will arrange a replacement artist at a matched price, ensuring you are not left out of pocket.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
I expect all clients to treat me with respect and professionalism. If I am spoken to rudely, made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or put down in any way, I reserve the right to terminate the appointment immediately without refund.
AGREEMENT
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above, and that you are legally bound by this agreement.
