Deposits

All deposits are non refundable to cover losses from other booking requests and handling fees. All deposits are deductable from the booking total. Upon each booking request a £80 deposit will be taken which will be deducted from the wedding day total not the trial.

Payment

Deposits are to be made by bank transfer, the remaining balance should be paid 7 days before the wedding date. Payment details and instructions will be confirmed at your trial.

Services

Prices are for services carried out before the ceremony only unless a full day has been discussed and quoted.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your trial appointment up to 14 days before the date the deposit will be lost and a new one will be taken. it is difficult for me to fill appointment slots in this time frame as appointments are made in advance.

 

cancellation of your wedding day made between 4-8 weeks of the wedding date will be charged at the full amount.

 

cancellations made between 8-12 weeks before the wedding date will be charged at 50% of the booking total.

 

changes to your booking to include less people than originally agreed with less than 8 weeks notice will still be charged at the full amount.

 

once you have paid your deposit you have agreed to all the terms stated above.
